During our consultation I will get a feel for your space, go over your needs and desires, capture photos as well as take necessary measurements if needed. Builder plans are greatly appreciated if attainable to ensure no measurement is missed. A detailed description of all things talked about will be emailed to you after your appointment with us!

This service covers the sourcing of furniture pieces, spacial planning, installation, etc. Fee for this service is based on the square footage of the space being designed. (Furniture, storage and installation is an additional charge)

• Designer led - $1/sqft with a $500 minimum. Budgets and additional details will be discussed during our initial design consultation.

• Storage - $200 flat rate / month. You may opt out of this service if you have your own storage unit / garage.

• Installation - additional $2/sqft.

• Client and Designer - $2/sq ft. (Great for clients who wish to be more involved in the design process)

• If a redesign is necessary additional fees will incur.

Have furniture already and just need help dealing with contractors and picking out the hard surfaces throughout your home? No worries, choose this service!

• Designer led - $1/sqft of full home with a $800 minimum

• Tile, counter tops, paint etc is an additional fee which is paid either through us or your contractors depending upon the current state of your home. (New build vs. Reno)

• Client and designer - $2/sqft of entire home with a $800 minimum

• If a redesign is necessary additional fees will incur.

This includes a full interior and exterior design for your home. Mood boards, furniture and hard surfaces all carefully designed and planned out so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Pricing is based on square footage of your home with a $1,000 minimum.

This service also includes a one hour consultation to go over your design style, wants, and needs.
